Amazonia Green Cleaning – Terms of Use & Service Agreement

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://amazoniagreencleaning.com website (the “Service”) operated by Amazonia Green Cleaning (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account or book a service with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account or cancellation of services.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password associated with your account and for any activities or actions taken under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
2. Payment Authorization & Card Charging
By booking a service with Amazonia Green Cleaning, you authorize us to securely store your credit or debit card information and charge your card for:
Scheduled cleaning services
Add-on services requested by you
Cancellation or lockout fees (if applicable)
Rescheduled, same-day, or emergency cleanings
Outstanding balances or unpaid invoices
Payment is due at the time services are completed. For recurring services, your card will be charged automatically on the day of each appointment unless other arrangements are made in advance.
All payments are processed securely. Amazonia Green Cleaning does not disclose or share card information except as required to process transactions.
3. SMS Communication Consent (Non-Marketing Messages)
By booking a service, you agree to receive non-marketing SMS messages, including:
Customer care updates
Appointment reminders
Service notifications
Scheduling links
Booking confirmations
Follow-ups
Message frequency may vary.
Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to unsubscribe.
Standard message and data rates may apply.
Your information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
4. SMS Marketing Consent (Promotional Messages)
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing SMS messages, including:
Promotional offers
Seasonal discounts
Referral program updates
Special announcements
Message frequency may vary.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment without a fee.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
A lockout fee may be charged if our cleaners cannot access the property at the scheduled time.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.
Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible under the satisfaction guarantee.
7. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring Amazonia Green Cleaning has safe and timely access to the home at the scheduled appointment time.
If access is not provided, a lockout fee may be applied.
8. Safety & Pets
For the safety of our cleaners:
Pets must be secured during the cleaning appointment
We do not move heavy furniture
We do not perform tasks that may compromise staff safety
Hazardous conditions must be disclosed in advance
9. Liability
Amazonia Green Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
However, we are not responsible for:
Items not properly secured or previously damaged
Pre-existing conditions, wear-and-tear, or deterioration
Damage resulting from faulty surfaces, fixtures, or materials
Items of high value not disclosed prior to service
We reserve the right to refuse service if a home is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or hazardous.
10. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Amazonia Green Cleaning.
We assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
